Good water gone bad

"Contaminated water for the Kelsey community"

An employee for the city of Kelsey, whose name shall remain anonymous, has made a recent discovery that there is a contamination from the water treatment plant. This bacteria found in the river is a major concern because of the fish who have died and the effects the bacteria will cause in the drinking water for the Kelsey community. The sewerage left untreated can cause people to become sick as well as fatal for others. The source also reveals that the Mayor and board of health are allegedly in cahoots with those council members to conceal the information.

Public information states that the drinking water is carefully filtered and treated to eliminate any contamination that allow the people of Kelsey to have clean water. This situation of toxins in the water counteracts the claims. State letters to the Mayor from the Environmental quality department make mention of hazardous waste found after the explosion in 2009 at the recycling plant. An analysis of the situation and its repairs presents the process to be costly from the sanitation department. No further information on where the city stands in prioritizing the repair of fixing the sewage leak has been found. Statements from the city counsel have not been made and further investigation is on the way with the Mayors office and the sanitation department.

Persecution of homosexuals

Man thrown off roof by ISIS  "The torment of gay Syrians"       By: Magdalena Bush             B eing a gay man in Syria seems to be detrimental in an already destructive environment. ISIS, an Islamic militant group whose main goal is to overtake the Muslims, constantly expresses their beliefs through horrific atrocities. The recent development of tormenting and murders of homosexual men is just one example of severe and unorthodox behavior. CNN reports , " Victim brutally killed because he was accused of being gay." Persecuted   The report on the killings of homosexuals in Syria goes on to discuss the abuse and fleeing of gay men who fear for their lives.
